Still Reeling after divorce? Start Here.
The Divorce Debrief is a free 4-part video series to help you make meaning, calm the chaos, and figure out what’s next.
WHat's inside?
You’ll get instant access to 4 short video lessons, each 3–5 minutes long, plus companion prompts to help you reflect and regroup- without getting overwhelmed. Watch at your own pace. Rewatch if it helps. The goal isn’t mastery. It’s momentum.
By the end, you’ll feel more grounded, more clear, and more capable of moving forward- on your own terms.
4- Short Video lessons
3–5 minutes each, these walk you through key emotional shifts- grief, identity, survival mode- and help you make sense of what’s actually happening inside your head (and your life).
Reflection Prompts That Actually Work
These aren’t fluffy journaling questions. Each prompt is designed to help you stop spiraling and start noticing what you need, what you’re carrying, and what you’re ready to let go of.
A Way Forward That Feels Realistic
No therapy speak. No “just be positive.” Just one next step you can actually take—even if everything still feels a little foggy. This is about movement, not perfection.
Who's it for?
You don’t need to be in crisis mode to benefit from this course. You just need to be somewhere between “holding it together” and “not sure what comes next.”
If you’re navigating life after divorce (or anything that left you feeling disoriented), this mini-course was made for you.
Here are four signs this will land:
Everything Feels Foggy
You’ve made it through the logistics- the paperwork, the separation, the headlines. But emotionally? You still feel scrambled. Your thoughts loop. Your energy’s flat. You’re not falling apart, but you’re definitely not moving forward.
You’re Still Reacting, Not Choosing
You’re saying yes to keep the peace. You’re avoiding hard conversations. And every small decision feels bigger than it should. You want more agency- without the pressure of fixing everything all at once..
You Don’t Know Who You Are Right Now
Your old roles- spouse, caregiver, protector-don’t quite fit anymore. You know you’re more than what happened to you… but you’re not sure how to reconnect with that version of yourself.
You Want to Do Something (But don't know where to start)
You don’t need a 5- year plan. You need 10 quiet minutes and one clear question. This course is built for exactly that- small steps with big impact, on your terms.
Course Outline
The Divorce Debrief
by Allen Frantz
Module 1: The Wreckage Walkthrough
Understand what you’re carrying before trying to move forward.
We start by naming the emotional aftermath—grief, confusion, anger, even relief. You’ll walk through a reflection that helps you identify what still hurts and what it might represent underneath the surface.
Module 2: From Reactive to reflective
Learn how to stop reacting to everything around you- and start responding with purpose.
This lesson helps you recognize survival-mode patterns that may have protected you early on but are now keeping you stuck. We’ll introduce the shift toward intentional energy and reclaiming mental space.
Module 3: Who the hell am i now?
Reconnect with the version of you that’s been buried under old roles and expectations.
This module tackles identity. You’ll explore what’s been lost- and what still matters. You don’t need to reinvent yourself, but you do need to remember what makes you you.
Module 4: Start somewhere small
No master plan needed—just a meaningful first step.
We close with momentum. You’ll choose one aligned action that supports the life you’re beginning to reimagine. It’s not about being fearless. It’s about being honest, and moving anyway.
